What products do you ship?

At the moment we are only shipping our cookies (no gluten and vegan options) and brownies (no gluten and vegan options). The reason for shipping this select menu is these products have a longer shelf life compared to our donuts and our pies which need to be kept chilled, so even if the courier is delayed by 1-2 business days, the products can still be enjoyed. 


When will be order be delivered?

We use NZ Couriers (overnight courier) to ship our delicious treats to you, however, sometimes there can be delays in shipping by 1-2 business days so please keep that in mind. You can pick an earlier shipping day if you like to avoid this. 


What happens if the incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer? 

Sometimes incorrect information may be filled out when placing an order, such as name, address, phone number or a non NZ phone number, gate code not provided. This will result in either delayed delivery date or the package will be returned back to us. We can not refund or replace orders where the delivery company couldn't successfully deliver the package due to insufficient delivery details.  


How long does the products last?

Cookies and brownies can be stored in the fridge in an airtight for 7 days. 

We recommend to reheat them in the microwave for 20-30secs before eating. 


Where do you ship to? 

We ship across New Zealand however we do not ship to rural addresses. 

If you do order and you have a rural address, we will redirect your parcel to the nearest pick up station.
