Chocolate Bavarian Cream Tart (Chocolate cookie crumb, mousse like chocolate cream topped with mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa powder)
Tarts are all no gluten.
Size 21cm in diameter. Serves 6-8 people.
Storage - can keep in the fridge for 2 days. Can be frozen up to 3 months. Defrost in fridge overnight to serve.
Allergen warning: we take all the pre-cautions to make sure there is no cross-contamination in our allergy friendly products. We use clean and separate cooking equipment and utensils.
