The hot cross buns are made with a mixture of sultanas, currants and mixed peel, with a great balance of sweetness and spice. Don't like dried fruit? Why not go for our chocolate chip hot cross buns!
Our buns are made fresh every day and are hand-rolled which gives it a soft and fluffy crumb texture. The crust is thin and smooth with a soft custard cross pipped on top and finished with an orange and clove infused glaze.
Best eaten fresh or toasted with a slab of butter!
